Job Description As the Food and Beverage Supervisor at Champagne Bar, you’ll play an essential role in delivering seamless, luxurious service that delights every guest. Other duties include, but not limited to: Lead, mentor and energise the Champagne Bar team to deliver elevated, guest-centric service that aligns with Sofitel’s luxury. Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to guests at all times, embracing the luxury experience. Partner closely with the culinary team, ensuring service times, menu execution and dining experiences are seamless. Assist in the day to day operation and development of the Bars department. Maintain strong operational oversight across service flow, VIP engagement, revenue controls and stock management to drive performance and efficiency.
